KITCHEN and BATH CABINETRY
Standard specifications:
Cabinet box sides, tops, and bottoms are 3/4" veneer core maple and birch plywood (no composite or particle bd.)
Shelves are adjustable 3/4" veneer core maple and birch with solid hardwood edging at front faces.
Back panels are structural 1/2" veneer core maple and birch plywood screwed to the back of cabinet boxes.
Finished end panels are matching hardwood veneer over 3/4" veneer core plywood.
Face frames are minimum 3/4" solid hardwood.
Doors are minimum 3/4" solind hardwood frames with hardwood panels.
Drawer boxes are 3/4" solid maple sides with 1/2" veneer core maple plywood bottoms. Joints are dovetailed.
Drawer guides are Blum brand "Blu-motion" under mount soft close guides.
Hinges are Blum brand "Blu-motion" soft close adjustable hinges.
Finishes are spray applied Conversion Varnish, hand rubbed, or, spray applied waterbourne, hand rubbed.
Note: All of our cabinetry is built very heavy duty with screw fasteners, not staples. We use locally harvested hardwoods, much of it from our own farm woodlots. We offer US made PureBond plywoods and various waterbourne finishes for those looking for "Greener" products.
